When did you become unhappy with your weight?
At the age of 16.
What made you decide to lose weight?
I grew tiresome of how I looked and how people treated me over the years. I also hated the way I felt and waking up every morning feeling sloppy and tired.
What were the most important changes you made to lose weight?
I changed my eating habits and how much I worked out.
What was most challenging about losing weight?
The most challenging part was getting started and staying motivated.
How long did it take you to start to see results?
It took about 8 months for me to see the results I wanted.
How long did it take for you to reach your current weight?
It took me two years to reach my current weight.
How long have you maintained your weight loss and how do you do it?
I’ve been maintaining my weight for 2 years now and I continue to do so by working out and staying healthy.
What keeps you motivated to continue your weight loss success?
My desire to further my modeling and acting career keeps me motivated and determined.
How has your life changed now that you’ve lost weight?
Since losing weight I now get a lot more attention from strangers and people in general. I feel better about myself and I have broadened my horizons in the aspect of what I’m qualified for career wise.
Do you have any advice for others who are trying to lose weight?
My advice is to keep yourself motivated. Don’t wait on others to inspire and help you, motivate yourself and stick to your goals.

Bench press, curls, deadlifts, push-ups, crunches, pull-ups, sit-ups.
I mainly stick to weight lifting workouts and don’t really do too much cardio.
