When did you become unhappy with your weight?
I realized I was more than what I was demonstrating both mentally and physically in my life.
What made you decide to lose weight?
I decided that I would no longer settle for less. That I would go out and achieve great success and live a life of abundance.
What were the most important changes you made to lose weight?
I cultivated new habits. I began to insert new beliefs about who I was. I got clear about what I wanted from life. I also made a commitment to myself that I would achieve them.
What was most challenging about losing weight?
The fear of failure. The fear of not knowing. But I had to continue. My happiness depended on it.
How long did it take you to start to see results?
Within days, my results mentally improved. Then within weeks, the physical transformations began to appear. It was incredible.
How long did it take for you to reach your current weight?
18 months in total.
How long have you maintained your weight loss and how do you do it?
I maintain my healthy weight and I intend on keeping it for life. I got in touch with my identity. I raised my standards. I got in touch with the things I value. I maintain my weight by acting consistently with the standards I put on myself.
How has your life changed now that you’ve lost weight?
In so many ways! My physical appearance, my emotional levels and my energy. I feel vibrant and confident. I get to share my story with my community. My relationships changed. I became what they quote a success.

Porridge oats, green tea, blueberries.
Broccoli, spinach, quinoa with olive oil and cayenne pepper.
Chick peas and kidney beans mixed with couscous. I also add black pepper, cayenne pepper, vegetable stock and a mixed salad.

Whey protein powder. Walnuts, almonds, pumpkin seeds, goji berries, soya.
