A doctors visit where I had more things wrong that right with my body and health!

Gastric Bypass surgery followed by daily aerobic and strength training.

What was most challenging about losing weight?
Keeping it off.

Weeks.

How has your life changed now that you’ve lost weight?
I am comfortable for the first time in my life.

Sara’s Weight Loss Tips!

Weight loss tip #1:
Drink plenty of water.

Weight loss tip #2:
Aerobically workout, really push it daily.

Weight loss tip #3:
Work out with weights.

Weight loss tip #4:
Eat many small meals.

Weight loss tip #5:
NO SODA!

Sara’s Weight Loss Eating Plan!

Breakfast:
Cottage cheese with yogurt and fruit.

Lunch:
Chicken or fish with veggies.

Dinner:
75% protein.

Snacks or Mini Meals:
At 10am, I have soup and at 3pm a cereal before bed.

Sara’s Weight Loss Workouts!

Weight Training:
1 body part daily, 30-45 minutes with a personal trainer 4 times per week.

Cardiovascular:
Daily for 20-35 minutes, heart rate to 145-155 for 20 minutes.
