Shaun’s Weight Loss Story!
When did you become unhappy with your weight?
I was trying on someone’s clothing and none of it would fit me unless I squeezed into it and stretched it out.
What made you decide to lose weight?
I had the opportunity to get someone’s treadmill and decided it was time to take it and run.
What were the most important changes you made to lose weight?
I’d say the most important factor was when I stopped eating foods that caused weight gain.
What was most challenging about losing weight?
It really took a psychological toll. I got cranky and even sometimes yelled at close friends and family. Just having their support no matter what happened was huge.
How long did it take you to start to see results?
From the very first day I felt different mentally and physically. As an Aquarius I am very in tune with my psyche. The results were all in my mind.
How long did it take for you to reach your current weight?
Well I like to answer that with “20 years haha” but I lost it over 5 months.
How long have you maintained your weight loss and how do you do it?
I am still in the process of losing weight and don’t plan on giving up!
How has your life changed now that you’ve lost weight?
I have fewer problems breathing through my lungs. I have also noticed an increase in my sex drive.

Shaun’s Weight Loss Tips!
Weight loss tip #1:
Find a treadmill and use it WHENEVER you watch TV.
Weight loss tip #2:
Try to skip supper by having bigger breakfasts and lunches.
Weight loss tip #3:
If you are hungry and it is late, just go to bed.
Weight loss tip #4:
Don’t put butter on sandwiches. You can’t even taste it (common sense).
Weight loss tip #5:
Believe in God and watch your horoscope for complications.
Shaun’s Weight Loss Eating Plan!
Bowl of blueberries toast w/o butter (tip: use peanut butter instead) and at least an egg, 2 glasses of milk and half a glass of orange juice.
Chicken sandwich and a tuna sandwich with lettuce and milk.
I try not to have dinner but if I do it is usually more like a breakfast than dinner (little if any pork).
Snacks or Mini Meals:
Bananas, oranges, apples, grapes or a potato (depending on what’s in season).
