    When did you become unhappy with your weight?
    When my coach said I couldn’t play because I was carrying too much weight.

    What made you decide to lose weight?
    My passion for cricket.

    What were the most important changes you made to lose weight?
    Stopped eating junk food and started exercising.

    What was most challenging about losing weight?
    Starting to exercise and giving up my favorite foods.

    How long did it take you to start to see results?
    Two weeks.

    How long did it take for you to reach your current weight?
    Five months.

    How long have you maintained your weight loss and how do you do it?
    One month. I did it by exercising daily and eating a balanced diet.

    How has your life changed now that you’ve lost weight?
    I feel more active and I’m back on the cricket team.

    Breakfast:

    Lunch:
    Two chapatis with sabzi and dal and I also eat rice sometimes.

    Dinner:
    Two chapatis with sabzi and curd.

    Snacks or Mini Meals:
    Sandwiches and fruit.

    Shubham’s Weight Loss Workouts!

    Weight Training:
    I have not started weight training yet.

    Cardiovascular:
    I do cardio daily for at least 45 minutes.
