When did you become unhappy with your weight?
When I came to know that I was going to be a father.
What made you decide to lose weight?
When my children grow up and face social issues about their father’s obesity.
What were the most important changes you made to lose weight?
I stopped smoking, drinking alcohol and eating greasy food. I also started doing regular exercise by walking 50,000+ steps a day.
What was most challenging about losing weight?
Strong determination, a strict diet and regular exercise (jogging, abs exercises). I did it without any medicine, pills or surgery.
How long did it take you to start to see results?
In just 45 days I lost 13 pounds!
How long did it take for you to reach your current weight?
How long have you maintained your weight loss and how do you do it?
I maintain it with a strict diet and exercise. 80% is food control and 20% is exercise.
What keeps you motivated to continue your weight loss success?
My new look after ages of being overweight.
How has your life changed now that you’ve lost weight?
In all respects! Whether outside socially or in my office world.

Have strong determination and control with your food habits and get regular exercise.
