    When did you become unhappy with your weight?
    I became unhappy after years of being overweight and hitting my max weight of 204 pounds.

    What made you decide to lose weight?
    My family has a history of health problems that are weight related.

    What were the most important changes you made to lose weight?
    I gave up eating extremely late at night.

    What was most challenging about losing weight?
    Breaking bad habits.

    How long did it take you to start to see results?
    I started to see results within 2 weeks.

    How long did it take for you to reach your current weight?
    7 months.

    How long have you maintained your weight loss and how do you do it?
    I am still currently in the losing phase. I workout 5 days a week. I do cardio daily and three days of machines.

    My life has never been better. I have more energy to enjoy my family.

    Tekeema’s Weight Loss Workouts!

    Weight Training:
    3 days a week alternating legs, arms, chest, back, abs.

    Cardiovascular:
    35-55 minutes on the elliptical machine.
