Tiffany’s Weight Loss Story!
When did you become unhappy with your weight?
I had become unhappy after the end of a previous relationship. It’s then that I noticed I had gained weight.
What made you decide to lose weight?
I have always struggled with my weight but I finally decided to become healthy and look the way I wanted to.
What were the most important changes you made to lose weight?
I stopped eating at night and also stopped drinking alcohol.
What was most challenging about losing weight?
Not drinking as much around my friends and eating less amounts of food. I kept telling myself I can do it.
How long did it take you to start to see results?
How long did it take for you to reach your current weight?
How long have you maintained your weight loss and how do you do it?
6-8 months. I continue with my eating habits and stay active. “Working out without knowing you are” means if you’re doing something fun, you wont notice you are being active.
How has your life changed now that you’ve lost weight?
I have become happier with myself and I’ve gained self-confidence which has led me to my current boyfriend.
