    When did you become unhappy with your weight?
    I have always been unhappy about my weight.

    What made you decide to lose weight?
    My ex-girlfriend, people looking at me different and not being able to ride rides at Six Flags.

    What were the most important changes you made to lose weight?
    I changed the food I ate.

    What was most challenging about losing weight?

    Breakfast:
    Fat free cottage cheese, oatmeal, grapes, Cheerios.

    Lunch:
    Salad, cold cut combo at Subway on wheat with no cheese.

    Dinner:
    Fish, salad, rice and turkey breast.

    Snacks or Mini Meals:
    Cottage cheese, grapes, protein shakes, nuts and fruit.

    Troy’s Weight Loss Workouts!

    Weight Training:
    I haven’t done much weight training but I’m getting into it right now to tone up and lose more weight.

    Cardiovascular:
    I run and bike for cardio.
