Veronica’s Weight Loss Story!

When did you become unhappy with your weight?
Since about 12 years old. I carried an extra 10-20 lbs but then blew up in college to 210 pounds, about a 40 lb gain.

What made you decide to lose weight?
After having my son. I did not want to be a chunky mom!

What were the most important changes you made to lose weight?
Portion sizes and proper nutrition.

What was most challenging about losing weight?
Staying with it and having faith in my plan.

How long did it take you to start to see results?
Right away! I consistently lost 1-3 pounds a week.

How long did it take for you to reach your current weight?
7 months.

How long have you maintained your weight loss and how do you do it?
Eating healthy foods and watching portion sizes.

How has your life changed now that you’ve lost weight?
I am much more confident!

Veronica’s Weight Loss Eating Plan!

Breakfast:
Oatmeal with fruit or toast with almond butter and fruit or whole grain waffles and fruit.

Lunch:
Soup and salad with an apple or slice of veggie pizza and a salad, 1/2 sandwich and a brothy soup.

Dinner:
Lean meat with a small potato and TONS of veggies.

Snacks or Mini Meals:
Fruit or 100 cal packs or lite ice cream snacks or 94% FF popcorn.

Veronica’s Weight Loss Workouts!

Weight Training:
I don’t currently lift weights.

Cardiovascular:
Daily family walks Dancing with my son 🙂
