    When did you become unhappy with your weight?
    For a very long time.

    What made you decide to lose weight?
    Because I have a son and I want to be a role model to my son.

    What were the most important changes you made to lose weight?
    It’s all in the mind. Weight loss is not as difficult as it seems. You just have to make a few adjustments in your mind.

    What was most challenging about losing weight?
    Exercising regularly.

    How long did it take you to start to see results?
    2 months.

    How long did it take for you to reach your current weight?
    4 months but I am still losing weight. My target weight is 165 pounds.

    How long have you maintained your weight loss and how do you do it?
    6 months. Diet and exercise.

    How has your life changed now that you’ve lost weight?
    I feel there is so much energy in me and I feel really good!

    Weight loss tip #1:
    Perseverance.

    Weight loss tip #2:
    The will to do it.

    There is no rocket science involved. Just eat less and burn more.

    Weight loss tip #4:
    Drink water.

    Weight loss tip #5:
    Snack on fruit.

    Breakfast:
    Glass of milk (low-fat) and an apple.

    Lunch:
    1 veggie burger with lots of salad.

    Dinner:
    2 rotis (Indian bread) with lentils.

    Snacks or Mini Meals:
    fruit and protein bars.

    Weight Training:
    I have not started yet.

    Cardiovascular:
    30 minutes of jogging or cycling 6 days a week.
