How much did you lose?
I lost 80 pounds and 12 inches off my waist!
When did you become unhappy with your weight?
I became unhappy with my weight when it became a task for me to run even for a minute and I started to become obese.
What made you decide to lose weight?
There were a lot of things that made me want to lose weight but the main reason was to be healthy and happy!
What were the most important changes you made to lose weight?
Eating healthy, lifting weights, walking and running.
What was the most challenging thing you had to deal with during your weight loss journey?
Being able to afford healthy food because my family doesn’t make a lot of money.
How long did it take you to start to see results?
I started to see a big change in 6 months. I did it with exercising and eating healthy.
How long did it take for you to reach your current weight?
About 3 years. I started by lifting weights and progressed from walking to running.
How long have you maintained your weight loss and what are the most important factors for keeping it off?
I have been at 185 pounds for 3 months now. I maintain my weight by keeping up my running routine and eating right.
What keeps you motivated to continue your weight loss success?
Professional wrestling is my goal in life so I want to sculpt myself to be like a pro wrestler. I get motivation when I see pictures of wrestlers and when I listen to the wrestler’s theme songs.
How has your life changed now that you have lost weight?
My life completely changed from losing weight! I’m more out going, healthier and happier now!
Do you have any advice for others who are trying to lose weight?
Yes, there are 5 key things I recommend: (1) Eat healthier, (2) Pick a goal, (3) Lift weights, (4) Walk to places that are close, rather than drive and (5) Run! It is a full body workout that is great.

Weight Loss Tip #1:
Eat healthy. Don’t ever give in.
Weight Loss Tip #2:
Pick a goal. Shoot for the stars and don’t ever stop!

Lift weights. This is great for building muscle and burning fat.
Weight Loss Tip #4:
Walk to places that are close, rather than drive. If a store is a mile away, take a nice walk to it.

Start running. It’s an excellent cardio exercise for burning calories and fat.

What do you normally eat for breakfast?
Eggs and yogurt. I will only eat Greek yogurt.
What do you normally eat for lunch?
I usually will have steak, hamburger or some other type of meat.
What do you normally eat for dinner?
Fish or meat with greens and some peanuts,
What do you normally eat for snacks?
Yogurt, peanuts, apples, blueberries, strawberries.
What type of nutritional supplements do you take?
I take Arnold Schwarzenegger Series Iron Pump pre-workout supplement.

What do you do for weight training (exercises, workouts)?
I do a lot of different training routines in the gym but my top 5 favorite exercises are:
- Dumbbell Curls (60 pound dumbbells)
- Pushups (35-50 reps)
- Barbell Curls (95 pounds)
- Benchpress (225 pounds for 2-5 reps)
- Seeded Dips (10-15 reps)
What do you do for cardio training (exercises, workouts)?
I run and walk everywhere! I like to run 1-3 miles almost every night and I like to walk 3-10 miles every day.
