An M.S. graduate from the University of Wyoming in Physical Education with an emphasis in Exercise Physiology, Alice has more than 15 years of experience as a Personal Trainer, an Elementary Education Physical Education Instructor, and Exercise Physiologist. She currently works at Cheyenne Regional Medical Center promoting Wellness for their 1500 employees, is an Exercise Physiologist for CRMC Cardiac Rehabilitation, and still personal trains at CRMC Health and Fitness. She also is a popular local motivational speaker, and does consulting and personal training online at 2BFIT.net.
