I continue to educate myself on the topics of health and fitness. This industry is ever-changing and new discoveries are made constantly. I have such a love for this field and also for helping people better their lives. I couldn’t imagine spending so much of my time on anything else. Sometimes when I am deep in reading and research I will look up and 6 hours have already passed. I constantly find myself getting lost in fitness and it’s my favorite thing to get lost in! Here are some of my accomplishments:
- ISSA Certified Elite Trainer
- Over 10 years of experience in the fitness industry
- Certified in Fitness and Exercise Therapy
- Specialist in Performance Nutrition
- Certified Youth Fitness Trainer
- Passion for health, fitness, longevity, and helping others achieve their fitness goals
- Completely confidential and respectful to client’s privacy
- Strong morals and professional ethics
- Clean living, honest, and fun
Education and Certificates:
I chose ISSA as the school to get all my certificates. Their sound scientific curriculum makes sense to me and is backed by scientific studies and research. They constantly update their curriculum based on current finding and discoveries. ISSA has given me the confidence to speak to anyone on any level regarding fitness, nutrition and health. I’m currently certified as a:
- Certified Fitness trainer
- Specialist in performance nutrition
- Fitness therapy
- Youth fitness
I am currently working on completing two more core certificates: Sports Conditioning, and Fitness for the older adult. I also will be continuing my education and hopefully when all is said and done, earn my degree in Exercise science. I am also current with my CPR/AED and fully insured. I have been given the status of Elite trainer and once I complete the two core certificates I will have earned my master trainer certificate.
