My name is Duane Burlingame and I specialize in helping individuals get into the best shape of their lives. Some of my accomplishments are included below:
- Manage a fitness center the past 8 years
- Competed in Natural Bodybuilding and placed top 5 on a State level in various meets
- Compete on a National & Regional level in drug free Powerlifitng with titles in the W.A.B.D.L., A.N.P.P.C., L.N.P.S., A.A.P.F. S.L.P. and N.P.A.
- Compete on a World level in drug free powerlifting with titles in the W.A.B.D.L., A.W.P.C. And A.N.P.P.C.
- Competed in Moto-Cross for 7 years winning hundreds of awards before I walked away from the sport.
- Have trained athletes in bodybuilding with one winning her first show both her class and overall. Helped one athlete get ready to compete in fitness competition that later went on to get a pro card.
- Train athletes in powerlifting taking them to both Regional and World competition with some of them winning Regional titles and World titles.
- I train 4-5 days a week for strength and to stay fit and healthy.
