I have been a pioneering Personal Trainer in central London for nearly 10 years and I have trained people from all walks of life. I started my career at an exclusive health spa where I trained many celebrities. I have gone on to train high profile models and TV presenters as well as being a published fitness writer in local, national and international press. I recently launched a 6 week online fitness boot camp aimed at fitting exercise in with a busy lifestyle to drop a dress size, improve health and well-being and to create lean muscle mass in less than 2 hours a week. This has been picked up by one of the UK’s biggest modeling agencies and has been featured in many national magazines. I am also an ambassador for Zaggora and Shock Absorber fitness clothing. I believe being able to fit exercise into a busy lifestyle should be a priority and I enjoy using many different fitness concepts to really educate and inspire my clients while encouraging them to live, think and train like athletes. I have a background in Pilates and I like to take a holistic approach to training as I feel stress and fatigue are very common ailments in today’s society that can easily be overcome with the right training. I am also an athletics coach and a marathon runner having competed at national cross country level as a teenager.
