Kristy Donathan Bryant has been a fitness professional for over 12 years. She has been an athlete all her life from gymnastics to playing college basketball. Kristy and her husband currently own their own fitness boot camp company that offers boot camp classes and 3 day fitness retreats for men and women of all fitness levels. Their company is Fitness Boot Camp LLC. The boot camp classes are a minimum of 8 weeks and the fitness retreats are all inclusive. A percentage of their profits go to charity (inner city kids of Nashville, TN). Also they are hosting a first annual charity event this year.
Kristy has been a personal trainer and boot camp instructor since college. She has also played basketball in Europe. She has worked in clinical research and has been a health coach. She is extremely experienced in training special population groups such as individuals with heart disease, hypertension, diabetic, arthritis, osteoporosis, post rehab, pregnancy and post pregnancy. She has extreme heart rate training knowledge, she worked for a hospital where she conducted heart rate training research. She also has experience in training athletes, teens, children, elderly and extreme obesity. She enjoys helping people reach their fitness goals.
She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Physiology, a minor in Recreation and a 2nd minor in Business. She has been certified through NSCA and AFPA. They include strength and conditioning specialist, Nutrition consultant and personal trainer. She is also a member of numerous fitness organizations and has attended many fitness conferences and conventions over the years. The organizations include: CA, AFPA, AAPHERD, OAPHERD and NASM. She is also CPR and First Aid certified through the American Heart Association.
