    My name is Kyle Newell, the creator of Newell Strength located in central New Jersey. I specialize in getting athletes to be more explosive and making men indestructible. I started out my career working as a strength coach with Rutgers football while at the same time, competing in bodybuilding. As you can imagine, this lead to a very unique blend of strength training principles. Athletes and men that come to my gym come for 3 reasons:
