    Background:

    • Played 5 years of college football (defensive back) – starting 2 years at Junior College in Kansas and after transferring, started 2 years at University of Central Oklahoma (Division II)
    • During my college undergraduate and graduate career I worked as a personal trainer working with athletes as well as regular clientele
    • Graduate assistant football coach for University of Central Oklahoma while pursuing masters degree in exercise science
    • Strength and Conditioning Coach for the Texas Rangers (minor league affiliate, Spokane Indians)
    • Currently the Strength & Conditioning Coordinator for a corporate fitness facility, yea I said it right, Corporate Fitness Facility. Our gym is approximately 60,000 square feet and we employ about 2,000 here at the Oklahoma City Campus.
