My journey to losing all my weight was a great one. I would do it all over again if I had to. I’ve learned so many weight loss tips along the way and I’ve learned so much about health. I really enjoy fitness now and I want to help others who have always wanted to lose weight because I’ve been there and I know how hard it is to be in that position. Now, I have lost 65 pounds and I finally got my wish! I’m able to wear anything I want and I look great in it. I want to show people who feel like its impossible to know that it is most definitely possible to be any size or shape that you dream of. It might seem impossible and it is a lot of work but it becomes easy as you go. You get used to the routine but once you take that first step to do something about it you are on your way to the amazing you that you’ve always wanted to be! You have to remember and really believe that you have the power to do absolutely anything you put your mind to. For me, losing 65 pounds definitely made me know that it’s possible!
