My name is Martin Hutton and I’m a body transformation coach, author and fitness writer. I work with people who want to become the leanest, healthiest, fittest and most confident version of themselves. My clients are made up of real people. Not people who want a perfect body or want to look like a bodybuilder. I work with people who want to lose excess weight, build lean muscle and regain their confidence so they can feel great about themselves.

I got into body transformations because of the two major loves in my life which are sports and food. I combined both of these passions into my business and train people using battle ropes, kettlebells, sandbags, TRX straps and medicine balls. When I first started out, I did not enjoy the standard gyms that were full of treadmills, stationary bikes and weight machines. This led me down the path to more functional training. I believed that if I was not enjoying these things then there must be other people out there in the same position who want to get fit, but also have fun along the way.

I encourage and assist my clients with healthy cooking so they can make nutritious and tasty meals and finally discover the joy and pleasure of “real food” while cutting out junk foods. Food is to be enjoyed and it should be a pleasure that we get to indulge in every day. It is something that can be both pleasurable while also helping you get the physique you desire while also reaching your health and fitness goals.

To help my clients and many others, I have written and published an eBook which explains how to lose body fat and build lean muscle, but also how to maintain the results long-term after you have finished my fitness program.

Maintaining results long-term is essential because true success for my clients is to continue having their dream body along with their improved fitness levels and confidence throughout their life.

In my previous career, I worked as a chef so I have a great love of food and I understand the pleasure it can bring. I encourage my clients to experiment in the kitchen to find foods they love, but are also nutrient dense and provide their bodies with the fuel they need to create and maintain change and improvement.

I am a level 3 qualified personal trainer and trained chef within a 5 star hotel. When working with clients, I provide them with 12-week programs to enable them to transform their bodies and become the person they want to be. During the program, we work on decreasing body fat levels and building lean muscle. I also work on enhancing the knowledge of the client to understand what the body needs and wants from food along with the correct portions of fats, proteins and carbohydrates in order to function properly so they can transform their physiques and their fitness levels.

fitness-writers-martin-hutton-3My popular book was published in 2016 and has been successful in helping people understand their bodies and what the body specifically needs with regards to food and exercise. This information has helped many people transform their bodies. I decided to write my eBook because many of the books I had already read that were discussing these issues were very long and arduous reads so I lost interest. I can understand why so many people struggle with their health, fitness and body shape. So I decided to write a short, simple and concise book that made sense to me. And if I can understand it, anyone can!

I will soon be launching my online transformation business so I can work with a wider audience and help more people get the body and confidence they desire. I’m also working on my next eBook which will be a recipe book to compliment my style of training. It will be full of healthy, nutritious and delicious meals!
