I'm surprised no one mentioned the NASTY side effects of Alli........
One of gal pals tried it and well, it's just gross! Read the label!

P.S. She didn't lose weight on it either.

Boss Man is right.........I like to challenge myself with intervals, such as seeing how long I can walk at 15% incline......really challenging and works the glutes good!

If you are able, one day of sprinting has really helped mid section.

I would suggest protein shakes, they can be made with water, and/or soy milk. I usually make mine with vanilla lite soymilk.......delicious.
And a bowl or oatmeal or fruit.

Bossman is right that soy may not be all it's cracked up to b e. Whey after a workout is a better choice than soy because it works faster to start the tissue repair. As for soy products like Boca, etc. Most of it is quite processed and not as "natural" as just having meat. Morningstar far...

FeeFee I feel your pain, I think I am thick waisted too. I had one trainer suggest we go heavier on the lats and legs to make the waist seem smaller. The only thing I've done that seemed to make this area smaller was sprinting twice a week in addition to other cardio and weight workouts. I eat clean...
