how to lose UNDERARM FAT ?

How can I get rid of the fat that bunches between the chest and the armpit ?

Same ways as you get rid of most Fat.

1. Weights.

2. Cardio.

3. Diet

Not listed in order of importance, or most effective.

You can't specifically target that area, but you could do cardio to lose fat overall. For weights, you could to lat workouts to build muscle in that area.

u guys know any good cardio workout that i can do at home? kind of a busy life lately, cant squeeze in gym time.

For a home cardio workout, the Tae Bo dvd's aren't bad. Especially if you
combine them with some extra intervals such as going outside and sprinting around your house. Yeah yeah neighbors just love me :)

lift some weights! but of course it would be better if you'll consult a fitness trainer. ;)
