I couldn't find any instructions on how to do prone ab brace and side ab brace... How do you do those? Also, do you mean do one workout from each category, and then do another workout from each category until I've done them all on that same day? Or wait until the next workout day to do that exercize...

I don't have any dead weights... but during the summer I may be working out with a friend at the school gym, so I could do something there. Well I measured and biceps area is 11 in. (don't laugh)
and wrist is like 6 in.
But I've hardly lifted a weight in life...most people would like to have back though. I lift 60-70 lb bales of hay very often

Well I'm 16 and I want to start getting bigger, but right now I don't have much time. I thought maybe I'd work on only hands and forearms for now, since that is mostly what I am uncomfortable with. hands are very large, but they are skinny. forearms are skinny as well...
