Couldn't live with out shakes! I just can't stand eggs and don't get me started on cottage cheese! But thats great nutrition advice. Sometimes I wish diet was more varied (I'm not the best cook!)

Been deadlifting for a while now mate, I'm up to 2 & half plates per side for a good 10 reps but forearms are giving out after the first set, been using lifting straps which do help but still not progressing, would be greatful for any suggestions

Best to take Micellar Casein (80% milk protein, 20% whey protein) before bedtime as its a slow releasing protein, taking about 7 hours to digest. You can make your own by mixing Skim milk with whey but you are taking in to many calories as the the micellar has most of the carbs removed.

I made the mistake of buying the powder form as it was cheaper! The stuff smelt rotten! For recovery you can't go wrong with L-glutamine they use the stuff in medicine to treat burns victims. Totally agree with the last comment, the supplement industry is built on false promises, "If it sounds to good to be true it probably is" Nothing beats a clean diet and exercise.
