protein and carbs

breakfast - 2 eggs, porridge and maybe peanut butter on 2 wholemeal toast.

lunch - tuna pasta

dinner - meat and 3 veg including potatoes

whatever you want later on maybe a burger or something

Can anyone suggest the best home leg workout

Can anyone suggest the best home workout so that i can start to build up legs as i have never really worked them.
i have use of dumbells/barbell and bench.
