ya know i will do what it takes to put on some weight today i started out plan for 6 meals a day.. i will post it tomorrow when i have it fine tuned

if i eat a salad and since im not worried about calories or anything it wouldnt matter what kinda dressing i used correct?

don't worry about the salad mate. rabbit food !
protein and carbs
breakfast - 2 eggs, porridge and maybe peanut butter on 2 wholemeal toast.
lunch - tuna pasta
dinner - meat and 3 veg including potatoes
whatever you want later on maybe a burger or something

Forget the burger!!! Add fruit in here aswell and leave to digest for 15 mins before eating anything else. We are not saying have salad as a meal but as an accompaniment. That or veggies.

Not salad, lettuce is pretty useless as a food actually. Veggies like peppers, broccoli, etc

It's fat free, low calorie, and can apparently induce sleep.
I'd save it for a late night snack if you must have one.

bad attitude, you still at the proper foods, just more of them

how so? plenty of nutrients and no cal's...can't see a problem there

just like to let yall know ive been trying to follow eating 6 times a day plan, ive put on 1 pound maybe a lil more in 2 days, tuesday of next week will be a week ill see how i am doing then
