Also do u know if coke zero is bad for you? because i read the contents of carbs etc. and its got nothing in it...it must have some artificial stuff in it, is there a problem with drinking too much, say a can a day?

muscle is preserved through wt training...wt is lost from a total diet plan of solid foods...a powder should only be used straight after workouts anyway and maybe as a meal replacement if really needed so get your diet in order before spending money on a powder...post your plan so we can have a loo...

what is healthy food

this may sound kinda stupid but i don't really know what meals are healthy or not... i mean a good steak and salad sounds like an ideal dinner but i am not sure what to get for lunches etc espicially as most of lunches are bought...coz i heard chinese/rice is even full of high carbs and fat...i don'...

Protien WPI

I was wandering if Protien supplement containing WPI helps you tone up...i have jus started boxing about 3 weeks ago and i want to loose abit of excess fat and tone up but don't wanna loose muscle...is WPI a good option?
