okay i have a chance to go to australia on a hockey and netball tour next year, but the trails are when i get back to school, 32 people have been hand picked from our school for trails but only 22 will make the team, the team will b made up of people from year and the two years above. Okay as u all know, summer is coming. I havn't been comfortable wearing a bikini since I can remember. I bought a new bikini as some inspiration and would love to be able to feel comfortable to wear it this summer. Hi, i was wondering if anyone could help me, I am taking Pe as a GCSE and tennis is gonna be main sport, I am currently in a national tennis league, and was wondering if anyone could give me and advice or tips and improving game play or any workouts or training that can up game.

eating habits breakfast: 7:30am i generally tend not to have breakfast and if i do I have a piece of toast. traing sheduel of the week is normally: mon: tennis 2 hrs tues: althletics 1hr + tennis 2 hrs wed: 4/5 hrs tennis thurs: 2 hrs hockey friday: netball 2hrs sat: 4 hrs of matches sun: rest or go for a run/walk i enjoy food and am generally careful about what i eat but i do indulge myself ever so often
