I can't say a lot, but I would say, work on things like accelleration, and if you can practice with a Tennis ball machine, then do that, to improve movement to and from the net, and to work on technique.

Just go for different forehand and backhand strokes, and also, work on serving at target areas where possible. Perhaps you could put things on one side of the court in different areas, like small bits of cloth, or folded up towels, and practice serving at them, to boost that side of your game.

you'll be going for light weight and more endurance as a tennis player. do lots of dynamic running exercises that focus on acceleration and speed as boss man said. technique and conditioning are most important.

I played tennis for 4 years in high school, i'm not great but I did have lots of expierence. The thing you want is Quickness so do a ton of sprints. You will also need endurence, so also long distance training is helpful. to increase your strength toss a medicine ball to a freind from the two handed back hand position and how them toss it back to you. Lots of tennis players have a weak back hand and if you can improve your backhand by tossing the M ball them you will be ahead if the compitition. do some online research about different excersises for your game. A tip coach told me was watch the pros. Learn from them, there is a reason why they are pros. also if you are not comfortable with your serve you need to be, get some one on one time with your coach or personal trainer, This will make or break your game, hope that helps.
