Hi,
Forgive me for saying this, but doing hundreds of sit ups is just a waste of time. Your ab workout doesn't need to be that much, 15-20 sit ups is already fine. Plus you need whole-body training and proper diet in addition to effective abs exercises.

Re: Building ABS - Help!!!
Hi,
Abs doesn’t need training frequently. At least two times per week would be enough. I suggest you try this ab workout routine. Do hanging leg raises and weighted Swiss ball crunches for 3 sets each with 15-20 repetitions.

Hi Dude!
In your food diet, add vegetables on your egg, drop cereal or toast, and have a grapefruit as the carb source for your breakfast.

Re: abs diet
Ok Sora, here’s suggestion for you. Since they already suggested what food you would eat for breakfast what I recommend you to do is never skip breakfast. Also, meals interval will be between 2 ½ to 3 ½ hours apart. This might help achieve your abs diet.

Hi,
You don't need to exercise your abs daily. For me, that's too much. You need to rest your muscles too. At least 2-3 times per week would be enough.

Re: Ab Questions
Howdy Wevie, You're asking what lower abs exercises are good. I would suggest you perform the curls, crunches, bicycles, knee to chest stretch exercises. Start with 5-10 repetitions for each exercise and perform these 2-3 times per week. If you do this together with a low fat diet you'll see the abs...

Hi,
Maybe you should watch your diet too. You might be too focused on your workouts that you forget you also need to maintain a balance diet. Try to eat natural foods like garlic, onions, apples, berries etc. These help your body reject fat or eliminate toxins.

Hi Dankity,
I workout every other day, and it works well for me. If your workout schedule has good results and is not hurting your body, then you can continue it.
