Starting the New Year off Right
Ready to get the New Year started right I have been on the body for life program since the 28th and so far so good looking forward to the rest of the 12 weeks. How is everyone else doing today. Is anybody out there starting to get healthy today. Hit me up.

Cardio Day
Gym in apartments was closed today so I had to run outside for 20 minutes. I think i did alright though felt like i could have pushed harder will try to go to that high point on saturday

Hey Im new to this myself as well and just really began working out on monday. But I have been doing what Bossman said and eating 5 to 6 times a day every 2.5 to 3 hours.So i think thats the best way to go. I also follow the body for life work out plan.
