Yup niki i understand 100% what you are saying . I was so excited that i lost 10 kg's in 2 months , then started to check the scale every week only to get myself all bloody deppressed and down cause it is not going down anymore !! Once again thank you for the replies . Now something else . I have been doing this supercircuit for nearly a month and a halve . for replying guys . Well i think it is a bit of all what you said . I am turning 42 in April and have been too lazy / busy for too long , call it a mid life crisis if you want :) But i started doing martial arts with kids and so much enjoyed it it kickstarted old self that actually like to be fit ....
