Yup niki i understand 100% what you are saying . I was so excited that i lost 10 kg's in 2 months , then started to check the scale every week only to get myself all bloody deppressed and down cause it is not going down anymore !! Well then i got out the measuring tape and mirror , and i'll be honne...

Once again thank you for the replies . Now something else . I have been doing this supercircuit for nearly a month and a halve . for replying guys . Well i think it is a bit of all what you said . I am turning 42 in April and have been too lazy / busy for too long , call it a mid life crisis if you want :) But i started doing martial arts with kids and so much enjoyed it it kickstarted old self that actually like to be fit ....

Hi Guys I am in a total spin and would love some feedback from eveyone . goal is to drop weight i weigh 238lbs at the moment and 25 % body fat , goal is to drop 39 lbs and get body fat down to 15 % .
