all the while I thought of just buying a punching bag for home use. Am guessing that simply hitting the bag wont do any good.

I always think that swimming, in a way, does contribute to weight loss (being that I seldom see a "heavy" swimmer) However, if the goal is to lose weight fast, then it might not be the suitable exercise. Dont know if its true but have read that swimming in "colder" water can actu...
