Post by aldwin0627 »

Hi, i need help in building up a workout routine since im a total newbie in this aspect. I have two 20lb dumbles and a jumping rope. I've been controlling food intake but recently i've read that i should do some exercse to futher enhance the burning process like adding muscle to increase the calories burn.I don't know whether to do two body parts per day workout or do a full body workout . i also dont have an idea on how may set and rep because i dont want to over do it. height is around 5'10 and weight is 195lb. Please help. thanks

I've looked at bodyrock.tv but still i dont know where to begin for full body workout. do i have to do 2 sets per body parts. like 2 sets of 20rep push up then 2 sets of 20rep lunges. Sorry for bothering but i really don't have an idea where to start since there are so many exercises available i dont know which is the best exercise suited for me.

the best routine is the one that matches with your time and goal. For me its jogging though I'm considering swimming or boxing... anyway, hope this helps: http://healthmad.com/fitness/what-is-th ... t-routine/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
