Welcome :) & yes.. both workouts missed the lats, think compound exercises so Chest press ( horizontal push ) Rows ( horizontal pulls )...leg press... back extensions Shoulder press ( vertical push ) Lat pull downs ( vertical pull ) as a beginner, I'd leave out the extra leg work & arm work...

Ok, so here's what I did today. I wrote it down and brought little book. I also haven't had any sodas even diet today YAY! Treadmill 30 mins @ 3.2mph 1.57 mi walked Abd crunch machine 2 sets of 10 @30lbs Lower Back Extensions 2 sets of 10@60lbs 1 set of 10@75lbs Adductor 1 set of 10 @30,40,50,60lbs...

Today I did cardio at the beginning 30 mins and then weight training some for about an hour and 30 mins of cardio at end. I am going to try to go in the morning before school and then in the afternoon. I guess I'm going to do cardio in the AM and strength training in PM . Right now for me its trial...

I wanted to say that I have PCOS as well and I haven't heard of glucophage being used, but I have heard of metformin being used.
