How can i maintain health?

hi friends, I have a problem with myself. weight is decreasing day by day but i don,t want to lose weight because it,s not good for health :( .if any one has suggestions about problem please guide me. Thanks.

I am also agree with boss, Squat is really affective. I did it myself and got training on it. i can guide you how it can be. Stand with the Squat handles at mid chest, arms are tight to your sides and elbows are bent. Keep your feet approximately shoulder width apart. Abridge your abs and keep them ...

Your weight seems to be good. own opinion is that you should re-arrange your proper diet plan and take exercise daily. That,s really beneficial for you. If possible you should join Gym and do proper exercise as per gym instructions. Nice to see your post. God Bless you :)
