Yeah, I've never watched a full rugby game. The only times I've watched I was lost and didn't understand what was going on, but the games were super physical that I watched in South Africa. Never got into the sport at all.

I would go with running. Running is more effective for me and it helps a lot to run on soft surfaces like grass as oppose to concrete. When I run I usually do it at a park or on the treadmill, I try to stay away from running on side walks or in the street.

The cardio exercises I use are sprinting, swimming, cycling, and jumping rope because they are all very effective for me. Usually I combine 2 of the 4 such as sprinting with jumping rope or cycling with swimming on off days or just one after a workout. Another thing I do for cardio is play basketbal...
