You're right about planning your weightloss on a longer term. I just hate it when people want to lose a bunch of weight in 2 weeks time. I just don't understand that people even expect these big differences without any effort.

I agree with the above comment. You should focus on full body routines with compound movements in circuits with higher intensity. I wouldn't cut back calorie intake if I were you. It's true that you don't need to work your abs every day. If you work your entire body every other day for like 20 minutes (or longer) your core muscles will work as well. I think working out in general can help with that. Mostly cardio or interval training if you ask me. But fibers and healthy meals are most important to get rid of constipation.
