you should be careful, as you are still young...don't exaggerate, as it could influence your growth (of your bones, not your muscles;) )

I love swimming for exercise. I do it a lot in winter when it's cold and wet outside. Helps me lose weight and keeps me in a good mood :)

Wow, what a cool schedule, Boss Man! Just joined the forum with the plan to do something to lose weight as fast as possible. Maybe that could be a start ;)
