Hi Office girl, Your body does need rest, try and take at least one complete rest day and one active rest day. If I remember right you are hitting gym 4 times a week, it would be best to do at least 20-30 min aerobic per workout. If you must do aerobic on weekend try to get 45 min per workout and do...
