Perhaps your body has hit a plateau stage? How long have you been following this eating and exercise program? I don't believe in cancelling out certain foods unless they give you a nasty reaction. I believe moderation is the best form! Making sure that your meals are nutritious and fun at the same time. Have you considered taking a fat burning supplement perhaps?
I would also recommend doing HIIT workouts! They really help promoting fat burning and loosing weight. Best to do it in the morning as your body will be burning the fat throughout the whole day.
