It's a good plan you have there. But instead going into the gym you can try body weight exercises+gym. It's super fun and you will gain more strength and weight loss too. Just mix things up and try your best to workout. Never give up!

They are quite effective actually. If you want to lose weight you can always do it with some sort of supplements, but don't overdo it. I've always preferred a natural way of dealing with weight loss. But using protein, bcaa and maybe l-carnitine is always good for your weight loss.
