Thanks for the advice everyone. Has anyone ever heard of Wu Long Green Tea. Someone said it was promoted by Oprah. I've read some good reviews. Has anyone use it?

1. no specific answer to give here, but around 1,800 calories a day, is considered a healthy average target for women. 2. Fat ratio will depend on Protein and Carb ratios.
