best protien too use for this work out?
I want to lose/burn lower body fat, and tone uper body. Im not really on a diet, i just eat well and i want to no if i should be using protein an what type. losing lower body fat?
im eating good and I do cardo 30-60 mins per day on legs and work out uper body.
im trying to lose/burn ALOT of fat of lower body while gaining some mucle on uper body.
