I'm a new Percetarian (form of vegetarian)
Hey everyone! So today is day 1 of percetarian diet and I feel absolutely AMAAZING. If u don't know what percetarian is, it basically means cutting out all beef, pork, and chicken out of diet, but I am allowing myself to still eat fish. I'm undecided whether I want to eat eggs or dairy, but I'm thin...

It just seems like 100 pounds is a bit low, and just because some charts tell you that weight is ok doesn't make them ok. Do what you want, I'm just saying, I think it's a bad idea. I see what you mean. I appreciate and thank you for your concern but this is the best I've felt in a very long time. ...

Eating well and exercising does not mean you're healthy if you're many pounds underweight. Constructive criticism is always welcome, and thanks for your 2 cents. For your info, I am not 'many' pounds underweight. Depending on which resource you're looking at determines if I am considered underweigh...

Hopefully not. At your weight, losing is the last thing you want to be doing. I suppose I want to lose some weight, specifically, up to 10 Lbs. Yes, that sounds bad but that is what I want to do. Health-wise, I wouldn't say I'd be putting myself in a lot of harm considering I will be exercising and...

Hi Boss Man, Thanks for your thorough response! I really appreciate it! As for the servings, when in doubt you could try to have a portion of Flesh food, and a portion of Carb food, about Palm of the Hand sized. If you get any foods that are Protein and Carb mixes, like Mushrooms, Legumes, Corn, Ric...

Good cals Vs Bad cals? Is there such a thing?
Hey everyone, So I'm 22 years old, 5'1 and about 110 Lbs. I think I'm 107, not sure since I've stopped weighing myself 2-3 maybe even 4 months ago. I typically work out about 4-5x a week [running/dumbbell exercises/yoga & pilates] and have been recommended to eat 1500 cals/day. I recently had a...

Thanks for the comments y'all. :D And oh yeah, I drink a ton of water everyday, so I'm goin to the bathroom pretty frequently. It sucks but that's the way it's got to be. I've also got to start working out again [I've been on hold for the past 3 days cause I'm studying for final exams]. :-( Ugh. Thi...

Hey guys, Thanks for your feedback. Okay, well when I meant that I do high intensity workouts, they usually consist of jump roping, running [for about 20 min], DVD workouts that tone, I use dumbells to tone as well, and I also incorporate some yoga and pilates while using resistance bands. I do want...

Daily Caloric intake: 1336 cals/day
Hey everyone, I'm 5'1 and about 110 LBS and it was recommended by ShapeFit that I consume about 1836 cals/day. I want to lose weight, so I know that I'd have to take 1836 - 500 = 1336 daily caloric intake. The thing is I'm not sure of what things to be eating, how many carbs/fats/proteins I should ...
