LOSING WEIGHT

I would like to lose weight so that abdominals can be more defined.........how many calories should i eat less and burn to lose maybe 5 lbs a week? and also it says to eat lots of protein but usually food with large protein intake has too many of calories! wat shuld i do??

SHOULDERS BEING SMALLER THAN BICEPS........

It looks like im on the road 2 shoulders being smaller than biceps........whenever i try to intensely work them out i injure them for a few days...i want to have a large frame...any suggestions???

Is vitamin intake without solids a good or a bad way to go? Do i need to eat if I'm take vitamins or can I eat less while I'm on vitamis???

If abdominal muscles were to be so big could they be noticeable through fat? and i read using heavier weights causes you to get bigger....i normally lift about 25/30 lbs and i tried 2 lift about 30/35 lbs one day...i felt the stres in arm but i didn't seem 2 b doing anything but straining myself. i ...
