LOSING WEIGHT

I would like to lose weight so that abdominals can be more defined.........how many calories should i eat less and burn to lose maybe 5 lbs a week? and also it says to eat lots of protein but usually food with large protein intake has too many of calories! wat shuld i do??

You should probably get realistic goals. If you lost 5lbs in a week either you are extremely fat or you are losing lots of muscle on top of fat.

you dont need to lose wt, you need to gain muscle...what is the fascination with the 6 pack? it doesnt méan anything if you have one anyway

Hey Tex, i'm 230 want some extra? LOL.

For me the 6 pack is a visual goal that i've wanted since highschool, but in actuality all I really want is 10-16% body fat and a whole crap load of muscle lol.

I know the six pack is there, would just like to see it someday lol.

i don't really understand "weight number" goals either...i'd rather him be 20pds lighter with some definition myself...being fat isn't cool

If you can have a six pack, then you will have one while gaining muscles. Personally i don't know how long will it last because usually I have a like a four pack you know ah ah.

Seriously, build muscle for 5 years then maybe think about "cuting" don't do the same thing as I.

Visable Abs means nothing much anyway. It's vanity. Just have the strength, and something like 16% Fat. Still keeps you lean, but gives you a bit more "acceptable chub", that'll keep you warmer in the winter.

yes but i would like to get stamina up from running.............so while i am i mind as well get a six pack!

stamina for what?

if your eating clean you should have one coming through from wts and running if you're doing them properly to actually get one

mmm P.B. I eat by the tablespoon right from the jar. I eat it 10x more now than when I was a kid. P.B. is probably chocolate!

As for being made by the devil, you may be on to something there!

eat fiber.
