Just wanted to hear peoples suggestions for low carbing it or higher protein meals??
I have a few:
Cassie wrote a recipe once that i found called cheese cake pudding. I'm going to try it today or tomorrow.
2 cups fat free cottage cheese
1.5 cup plain greek yogurt (i using vanilla) fat free as well
1/2 cup fat free cream cheese
stevia added to taste mixed up into a pudding.
Also i like a low carb torilla fried with 2% cheese and maybe some cooked chicken although i haven't tried it with chicken just cheese.
I don't have a lot of recipes that are low carb though.
Besides meat and veg as well.

That cheese cake pudding idea sounds great! Here are some other ideas for high protein, low carb meals:
1. Omelettes are good if you like eggs - you can have a 3 egg omelette with all kinds of veggies and a little grated cheese.
2. Tuna salad - a can of tuna with anything like you like thrown in: avocado or salsa, a little mayo and chopped cucumber, etc.
3. Raw veggies and cottage cheese dip - whip the cottage cheese smooth with a hand mixer or blender and add a packet of chili seasoning in it. If you whip a 3/4 cup up you can eat the whole thing with at least 2 cups of veggies and it's a nice little meal.
4. Stir fry - kind of fit with your meat-and-veg category already mentioned - but is always good. I make mine with 3 oz chicken, 2-4 cups of veggies, 9 almonds, and 1 tbsp of soy sauce in 1/4 cup of water, for flavour and moisture, once the chicken is cooked and the vegetables and nuts are added.
5. Greek yogurt with honey - 3/4 cup plain greek yogurt (not "greek style", greek!) with 2 tbsp honey stirred in - the honey is good for flavour but also adds carbs to the meal to balance it out.

Ground Beef
Ingredients:
1 cup half n half
1 lb 8% lean ground beef
2 cups shredded sharp cheddar
1 medium onion
1 tbsp chopped garlic
1 tbsp olive oil
2 10oz packs frozen spinach
1 tbsp butter
Onion powder
Garlic powder
Salt
pepper
Directions:
Chop up the onion and saute in a large skillet with the olive and the chopped garlic for about 2-3 minutes.
Then begin browning the ground beef until most of the pinkness is gone.
While browning the ground beef, heat up both packs of frozen spinach in the microwave for about 6-8 minutes.
Once the spinach is done, drain the excess water and mix it into the skillet with the ground beef and add the butter.
Season with onion powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper (how much you use depends on your taste).
Saute with the spinach for another 5-6 minutes. Then add in the half & half and bring to a boil.
Once boiling, reduce to a simmer and let simmer for another 4-5 minutes.
Finally, add in the cheddar cheese and stir until it?s all nice and creamy. Enjoy!
The macros come out to be 153g fat, 152.5g protein, 53g carbs, 34g net carbs, 2270 calories.
I usually split this up into 6 portions which is perfect for helping me hit daily macros.

Broccoli Bread
Ingredients:
1 head of broccoli large
1 whole egg + 1 white
1/2 a cup of milk
I also used about 1/8 cup of flour + pinch of baking powder
because the mix was a little to watery since I dropped some of broccoli on the floor
Option: add maybe 1/4 cup banana peppers and red pepper flakes to make this bad boy spicy and delicious.
First thing you have to do is cook your broccoli.
I would suggest using a steamer. You must cook your broccoli more than you normally do...
it has to be overcooked for this to work because you will be making it into a broccoli type paste
(a little thicker than paste). Try not to burn the broccoli, or let it dry out or this will not taste good.
After its cooked smash it.
Beat the eggs together... add the milk and then add the broccoli.
From here you can add any of the other ingredients I mentioned or make it to your personal tastes.
Put it in an appropriate sized pan, bake at around 375 for 20ish minutes/until it is turning golden.

These sound really good thanks guys going to try them!
Re: low carb recipes or meals?
Those recipes were okay. But I just wanna add one thing. It is great if you are going to use natural sweetener instead of sugar. Try using Natvia. It has low carbohydrate and calorie content.
