I've never been comfortable with weight. Ever. & I've never really been overweight until now. I'm 5 feet tall, & last checked I weighed in at 135. The "healthy" weight for height I hear is 95-115 lbs. goal would be 100 lb.
I used to eat well, until I had son. Now im between him, husband, & work I eat one, rarely but sometimes two meals a day. Dinner & sometimes a lunch. I work in a very active position I think. It leaves me exaughsted everyday anyway. I'm the recieving manager at a very busy warehouse for a very busy retail company. I spend days lifting heavy objects, moving them around, pushing or pulling heavy things, and for about 10 hours a day, 5 days a week I am nonstop moving/working. son is a year old so at home I'm constantly chasing a crazy child around & when I'm not in play mode I'm cooking, or cleaning. I sit maybe 3 hours a day, 2 of those only because of how long commute is to & from work.
I'd really like to get in shape but I don't have a clue where to start. I know I need to eat better. More meals that are smaller & spread through the day. & I need to work out too. Financial times are rough, were currently in a position where a gym membership is not an option. Niether is purchasing workout equipment. I want to run but we can't afford a jogging stroller.
Any ideas for at home workout programs that won't hurt wallet? Preferably are quick to do since life is very hectic & time is restricted because of having a family & a crazy amount of work hours.
I have no clue where to start

You are so busy, it's really amazing that you can handle all of that with a good grace, and you still want to make quality of life changes for yourself
For at-home, free stuff, I have to recommend ShapeFit (of course) to track nutrition and to get advice, but also these two sites, they both have free workouts provided every day, plus a connection to an online community and a nutrition section on their websites:

I know http://www.fitness2health.com" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; has a lot of good articles on this subject. Here is a really good one with a lot of information and sample workout chart. http://www.fitness2health.com/fitness-e ... kout-plan/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
